It is said that nothing, not even all the revolutions in the world can stop an idea whose time has come. The thrust of then District Governor Romy del Rosario for the Rotary Year 1994-1995 was club strengthening. The formation and recognition of another Rotary Club in District 3810 thus could only be justified if there were enough prospective members.
Rebecca "Becky" Singson
The club was officially chartered as the 80th Club in District 3810 on December 7, 1994 with Rebecca "Becky" Singson, as Charter President. RCMD's membership meteorically rose through the years, and currently has sixty-one (61) members, each of whom are established and esteemed persons of the industry and profession he or she represents.
